Dear Members of the CIC,
The next General Assembly of the CIC will be held from 27 – 29 April 2017 in Montreux, Switzerland in beautiful and picturesque scenery at Lake Geneva.
Further information on the program, the congress venue, and accommodation options, the cultural program as well as the online registration is now available on the GA website: www.cic-wildlife.ch.
Please note that the early-bird registration fee of 450 CHF (200 CHF for Young Opinion Members) is valid until 31 December 2016.

Rather seek more common ground with ALL other well-meaning NGO’s in Wildlife- and Nature Conservation Globally! All are equally passionate about the same cause…that is…: Reversing Earths ongoing, man-made „6th Extinction Crises“…

Ethical hunting (define.?! – sadly not allways the norm – must work in conjunction with non-(or limited)-hunting protected areas (National Parks, Wildlife Refuges, Private Game- and Nature Reserves, Conservancies etc.) ideally in buffer zones around them, with more boots-on-the-ground, highly trained and motivated, better paid good men and women from local communities.
CIC, WWF, WCS, FFI….and all other well meaning NGOs must cooperate (not fight each other) !!
We must urgently draw attention, also to the many corrupt hunting consession holders / operators who are destroying the good reputation of responsible hunters, outfitters and operators
