We regret to inform you that long-time member and active contributor to the CIC, Toni Vrščaj, has passed away in July. Mr. Vrščaj was not only the Head of the Slovenian Delegation but also served as the President of the CIC Central and Eastern European Coordination Forum. He was also a Senior International Trophy Judge and held his individual membership within the CIC since 1995. Mr.

Vrščaj’s talent and passion for conserving wildlife and hunting culture was an inspiration to members of the Forum which made the meetings fruitful and entertaining.

The CIC extends its deepest sympathies to the friends and family of Mr. Vrščaj, whose absence is already felt within the ranks of the CIC.
