Dear Members of the CIC, dear Friends of the Hunting Auction,
We would like to inform you that the new Hunting Auction brochure has finally been completed. Please find the PDF-version of the brochure on the membership website (http://membership.cic-wildlife.org) in the HUNTING AUCTION section. It is possible from now on to scroll through the brochure in advance and to think about which hunts you would like to bid on.
We have received a total of 74 donations so far, of which there are currently 16 offers reserved for the live auction which takes place during the Gala Dinner on the 5th of May. There may be minor changes during the next 14 days, some details or even one or two new offers might be added.
Unlike in previous years, we would like to open the Silent Auction already before the General Assembly. It is planned to start the Silent Auction April 23, 2018 at 3 p.m., and the end of the Silent Auction is on May 5, 2018 at 3 p.m. You are all very welcome to join in before the Annual General Assembly. Only the live auction is reserved for those attending the General Assembly in person.
